Download Agent Role Descriptions:

 

Fiona is your facilitation magician AI assistent. She supports you with agenda setup, testing your workshop concept, and adapting to target groups. She can also help you to create deliverables like branded handouts!

Debbie is your recruitment agent for AI assistants. She interviews you, challenges your assumptions and helps you design clear, specialized AI roles — focusing on quality, fit and long-term collaboration rather than all-purpose solutions.

 
  • Step 1: Sign in

    • Sign Up and Log In

    • Go to www.langdock.com and create an account (or log in if you already have one). // Alternatively use another platform that enables the use of AI-Agents. For educational purposes, I’ll walk you through the setup of Langdock here in this article.

    Step 2: Agents

    • Go to the Assistants Section called “Agents”

    • Create a New Agent (Click on the blue button on the right: “Create agent”)

    Step 3: Name them

    • Give your assistant a name, e.g., “Fiona – Workshop Buddy” or “Debbie, the recruiter”

    • Give them a profile picture, too

    Step 4: Paste the Role Description + choose AI model

    • In the instruction field, paste the entire XML role description you downloaded.

    • Set Language and Model Preferences, e.g. Claude (Sonnet), ChatGPT, Gemini

    • optional: personalize your assistant ! Upload any information your assistant might benefit from, like information about your business, example agendas or your favorite worksheet

    Step 5: Save and explore

    • Click “Save” make your assistant available.

    • Open a chat with your new assistant and send a simple message like:
      “Hi Fiona, could you help me design a one-day innovation workshop for university students?” or
      ”Hi Debbie, what AI assistants do I really need?”

    Bonus:

    • Test your assistant. If you learn something together, ask it to rewrite its role description
      → then you can copy-paste it into the agent’s description, and you’ll have your agent 2.0!

  • Who is Fiona? Fiona is a specialized AI assistant for workshop preparation and facilitation sparring. She supports you in designing, preparing, and debriefing workshops – especially in Design Thinking, innovation methods, and team development. If you need other workshop formats or areas, you can let her know!

    What can you do with Fiona?

    • Create detailed workshop agendas with times, goals, methods, and materials

    • Develop worksheets and handouts in professional format

    • Methods sparring - she suggests appropriate exercises for your objectives

    • Critical reflection - she asks about the "why" and suggests alternatives

    • Target audience adaptation - from government agencies to startups, she adapts language and examples

    Concrete application examples:

    • "Please create a 6-hour agenda for a Design Thinking workshop with 12 executives"

    • "Develop a worksheet on Empathy Interviews for government employees"

    • "Hi, I need 3 warm-up exercises for a post-lunch workshop session"

    • "Help me with debriefing: What went well, what would I do differently? Thanks!"

    How to personalize Fiona for your business:

    Step 1: Have a conversation with Fiona Simply talk to her about your work! Tell her:

    • What target groups do you work with? (Companies, NGOs, schools, etc.)

    • What approaches do you use? (Agile, Lean, systemic consulting, etc.)

    • How do you communicate? (Formal/informal, direct/empathetic, etc.)

    • What formats or quality standards are important to you?

    Step 2: Get your customized version Tell her, that you want to update her description. After your conversation, Fiona will create a completely new role description tailored specifically to your business, your clients, and your working style. You can then use this personalized version in your own AI workspace.

    New to AI assistants? No problem! Think of Fiona like having a conversation with a very knowledgeable colleague who never gets tired and remembers everything you tell her (when you stay in the same chat). You simply type your questions or requests, and she responds with concrete suggestions, materials, and ideas. Pro tip: use the voice-function and really talk to her.

    Ready to get started?

    1. Download her role description

    2. Upload it to your AI platform (Langdock, Claude, etc.)

    3. Start co-creating workshops with her!

    1. Start your conversation with: "Hi Fiona, I mainly work with target group X and do type of workshops Y. Can you help me customize your role description for my specific business?"

Think of her as your HR consultant for your AI team.

    • Role design – She helps you define focused, specialized AI assistant roles (no "jack of all trades" assistants!)

    Step 2: Ask for your customized version

    Once you've had a good conversation, just say: "Thanks, Debbie! Could you please create a customized version of your role description for my business?"

    Step 3: Use your personalized Debbie

    She'll create a completely new role description tailored to your context and needs. Copy it and upload it to your AI workspace – done! Now you have a Debbie that truly fits your world. 🎉
